Buyers browse dozens of agency sites. This one had to feel editorial and aspirational while still making search, filtering and contacting an agent fast.
What we built
A gallery-like design with a golden-hour villa video hero and search bar, filterable listings, a scroll-driven horizontal home tour, a live mortgage calculator and a seller valuation form.
